When your order is accepted and processed, we dispatch your hardware with easy-to-follow setup guides. Most installs take minutes and need little or no technical expertise. We are available to liaise directly with your installer.
4. System Verification
After installation, we check everything online to make sure it’s operating correctly. The system also continuously performs its own automatic self-checks for your ongoing peace of mind.
5. Training Your Team
We provide 30- to 60-minute online training sessions for you and your team — wherever they’re located. You can bring your full management group together across sites, with ease.
6. Follow-ups and support
We’ll check in with you regularly and provide support on request - either as needed or based on your Service Level Agreement.
